Monthly License

Ideal for short-term use, this option allows you to try our product with a full monthly subscription instead of a limited trial. No transfers allowed.

Annual License

A standard fixed license valid for one year. Up to three transfers are allowed per year.

One-Time License

A perpetual license valid for a lifetime. Includes free updates for the first three years. Any updates beyond three years will require a minimum maintenance and incidental fee.

What is the advantage of these tools?

Which Tekla versions are supported?
Our tools support both Imperial and Metric units and are compatible with Tekla v2020 and above.
Are these tools environment-specific?
No. Our tools are developed to work across different environments. Since the tools read default values, you simply need to enter the required values in the appropriate fields and save your settings as standard. Once configured, you can copy the file from your attributes folder to the firm or system folder so the tool works correctly the next time you use it in your environment.
How quickly will I receive the download link and licence key?
After purchase, an email will be sent to you immediately with the product download link, licence key, and activation instructions in video format. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at info@ibimconsulting.com.au and we will assist you promptly.
How do I activate the licence key?
After purchase, you will receive an email containing the product download link, your licence key, and video instructions explaining how to activate the licence. We will also include a video link with step-by-step instructions so the activation process is clear and easy to follow.
Will I receive installation or setup guidance?
Yes. After purchase, you will receive video instructions to help you download and activate the product. If you need further assistance, you can contact our support team at info@ibimconsulting.com.au.
How can I learn how to use the tools?
Each tool includes a Help button that takes you directly to a YouTube video with step-by-step guidance. This makes it easy to understand the tool’s functionality and start using it quickly.

What if the licence key fails?
Please contact us from your registered email address at info@ibimconsulting.com.au. Our team will review the issue and assist you with licence deactivation or reissue where applicable under the licence support terms.
Is the licence transferable?
No. The licence is non-transferable. However, if your system crashes or you move to a new computer, please contact us using your registered email address. We will deactivate the current licence and issue a new licence key. This service is available for three years from the date of purchase for one-time licences and is limited to four transfers, whichever comes first.
Do I get free updates?
Yes. Free updates are included for three years from the date of purchase for one-time licence purchases. Whenever an update is available, we will send you a notification along with the download link. After the three-year period, a minimum maintenance charge may apply to cover ongoing development costs.
Do you regularly update the tools?
Yes. We continuously improve and update our tools based on client feedback. This helps ensure the tools remain practical, efficient, and aligned with real project requirements.
Can the tools be improved based on customer feedback?
Yes. Client feedback plays an important role in our development process. We review suggestions carefully and update the tools where appropriate to improve performance, usability, and workflow efficiency.

Do I get a discount for purchasing multiple tools?
